Make chart/visualisation components translatable

Description

In charts/visualisations translation of the following components is required:

"rangeAxisLabel"
"domainAxisLabel"
"targetLinelabel"
"baseLineLabel"
"title"
"subtitle"

It would be beneficial for localisation of packages if these components could be translatable.
